Haste sub skill for sagittaruis

Does it procs or not, since i was lvlin my tyrant in order to get that and when i got the lv 65 scroll i headed there and i saw something that almost screw my whole day. 1st on the hast skill description it say that has chance to increase haste or something like that if u do damage. Nothing wrong with that, BUT then it say that EXCLUDES damage made by skill or ranged, like on the vr thing. Please tell me this aint that screwed upcuz if so i just lost almost one month and nearly quited the game because xpin sub (i hate to xp subs, even if they lvl up faster)

chance haste has a 3% chance to trigger (but not from skills or ranged attack) ... its not very usefull for an archer (better pick longshot, cp+ or critical passive) .. its more usefull for classes that hit fast or hit multiple targets.

Well...
Longshot isn't an option from a warrior class but you can get +738 CP, Resist trait or Chance Haste from the Class specific options. Though, I recommend that you take the +30 crittical rate from the Master Ability options.
In the end, the choice is yours. Good Luck.
