GM's pls do something about the bot situation

Could you pls do something about the insane amounts of bots on this stupid server. I'm sick of makeing petitions and reporting bots without any consequence. The we need prof gag really gets old. I understand ncsoft looses money for every account ban but this is just stupid. Any catacomb/necropolis that i go to i see the same bots there 5 days in a row every day and you tell me you need prof. What more prof do you need. It has gotten to the point where you can't get a lvling spot anywhere. I have petitioned about a char that sent me an ingame mail with offers for buying adena and that was more then a week ago and no answer, bot reporting i'm not even going to say anything about that because that never gets solved. With the last exploit the ppl got only one week ban...is this a joke. Things are really getting out off hand here. Lets see some action not just the same responces that we are looking into it.

See that's just the attitude that they want. If we just shut up and don't say anything nothing will ever happen. Let's all demand they do something about it since we pay to play here and they will have to do something about it. I don't care if a boter pays 100 times more than me while i pay even 1 cent for a service that service needs to be what it states it is. Does the game rules state that 3rd party programs and rtm is illegal? Yeah it does so stop the ones using it.
Everyone that is sick of bots add a statment that you are fed up with the lack of action here and then maybe something might happen. Just be indifferent and things will never change. So if there is a need for 100 threads just like this one then fine but just staying passive really isn't a solution.

I lost sight on that already for several years ago. I wont give any support to NCsoft if it goes about bots or cheaters.

Wasted way to much time on that, with no solution at all.

I even brought a perfect security plan to NCsoft to get rid of all bots, but it went straight to their trashcan it seems.

Anyway, good luck with petitioning bots.
