You're in KJ, aren't you? Well, try asking for it in ally chat, because I think it was for sale in BL clan hall and there are lots of BL in Ech0 now, maybe someone has a spare for you.
When I get in game, I will look if I have a spare one myself.

in my ee 42 lv i must rest every 2-3 min so these 220 mana is usefull for me
Are you lvling in herb areas, you should go to forrest of mirrors :)
