When will server transfers be back up? Wanna get off this rock of a euro server.

No idea where it is, But I remember sace mentioning that all account services except Sever Transfers will be available starting Oct. 12.

I'll try to find it, but i beleive it's in one of those 800 post threads or something, and i'd rather not sift through them all.

Yes its the 12th and the arent sure if a transfer will be available
