Which DA skills are locked while in VG?

I am most interested in know if DH, HS and RD are available

Drain Health, Reflect Damage and Hamstring are the skills i am curious about

Drain health - not available
Hamstring - not available

Aside from the 3 dualsword skills and the buff, the other active skills you get are:

Aura of Hate
Aggression
Summon panther
Reflect damage
Horror
Judgement
