so, I'll be taking DA as a sub. What's the playstyle like? More in Vanguard, more with panther, more with great wolf (I have 1)? Any tips on levelling pre-76? (spots, gear)

Get plated leather get any elemental 1 handed blunt or 2 w/e is a blunt with most element and p attack. get vanguard do boost moral and 1 shot mobs.

first i have to say DA is a funy class ^^ but think is beter like a main ;(

so about playing style u may play him like :

u may share buffs/selfbuff with the cat with a configuration of "tank" in u "tank" u may just let the cat hirt aun u spam hate and assit him with self basic atak/coontrol skills, worok much more beter with good buffs in both or if u get a augment for heal (any is nice) u can truly solo (i think tanks are no a class for go solo but somtimes is beter can do the work b urself)

is a little bored but with vanguard +4STR+5DEX-9CON duals and a buffer/buffalo

i know about we can hit only 3 mobs at same time in catas but it have no stop my dagger today, just take me 3-5sec more kill a full room of a cata, well ok in my dagger i have evacion haste, a high evacion and just SE buffs, if i learn somthing playing both subs DA, and WL is catas are for no high masterys in ploe, same if u have chanse of get a pole B ++ with the SA for hit more target at same time u can go faster , it is only a recomendation

What about the gear for b & a? I heard that health sa sucks and focus would be better. Is that true? Should I really invest in regular weapon and armor till a grade?

Any suggestions on solo spots for da to level up? When I write solo, I really mean it - da and a pet only. No buffboxes.

I would say get PL Set a C Sls Focus and move Aligator Island and later lil deeper into it till ur around lvl 48-50.
Then try outlaw forrest. At B Grade keep ur PL set maybe kesh focus and i would take a lvl 55 great wolf instead of the panther till ur lvl 58.
At 58 outside Goddard at the Kooka's. From 61++ stay on PL if it still works (else Tallum Hvy Set) and xp on the Antelopes, later the Grendels.
Once ur 74 Try Pavel Ruins or SV.
When ur 75 u can decide to sell the wolf or not. That way u make some nice adena with the wolf.

so for c im no sure but should b fine a PL, duals and ride the catas until 52, for B u may change to B grade duals and keep u PL


but my recomendation is common full plate duals and head to the mobs with more xHP and lvl that u can kill fast until 68, else i rec u try a AOE o somthing for kill more easy mobs per hour


under 80 all clases need b good in pve, i rec u focus in a configuration 100% pve until, i mean somthing extreme +5STR/+4DEX Plate Lether, duals +++++, and huracane strike 1/2 mobs with hurricae and somtimes go for regular mobs 1hit with the triple strike

another option si just go for atk speed with armors/wepons with atk spd bonus o just go around with full common stuffs
