Looking for PvE Clan [Archive]

I've just reactivated my account after years of inactivity, and I'm looking for a "non-hardcore" PvE Clan.
I'll define "non-hardcore": a clan that doesn't want his members to be online 24/7. I'm quite an active player at the moment, and I play at least 7 hours/day, but I'm looking for a job, and as soon as I find one (hopefully soon enough) I won't be able to be so active anymore (I'll still play at least 5 days/week, 3/4 hours/day minimum, or longer on weekends, depending on the job I'll find). Also, I'm Italian, and I'd like to join a clan with as many European players as possible. And last but not least (actually what I care most about): clan exp groups and activities. Yes, I said it. I don't want to join a clan just to get a crest and a title.
I know I should have created/transfered my character on a European server, but back then on Bartz there was plenty of European players, so it was not a problem for me to find a party/clan. Unfortunately both the game and the player-base have changed, and I can't afford a server transfer (and I just wouldn't be able to deal with the maluses such as the loss of items my character would suffer).
I'm a level 74 Spellhowler, if I meet your requirements, and if you think your clan could be what I'm looking for, please contact me either on the forums or in-game (Merugrin).

P.S.: I won't ask for money, equipment or anything else. I'm grown-up enough to look after myself. Well, I may be asking a truckload of questions, I feel like a newbie again because of all the changes L2 went through in the last years.

Hi Merugrin,

You might want to look at DeathNote. They are recruiting and are a great clan that I'm proud to be allied with. Contact Persephone or Merodach in game or visit their forum (http://www.l2deathnote.com/) for more information.

I have already talked to Persephone, but he/she told me in their clan there are few to none European players, so it would be hard for me to play with any of them. In fact it was Persephone who advised me to post on the forums. Thank you anyway :)

Unleash look at Legion of Divinity, Ldaniel is the leader of the clan.

Its one of the oldest clans in L2 and the leader and many of its members are Euro (Leader is from Sweeden)

He is a good friend of mine, mostly PvE clan higher level players good clan hall in Giran I believe. You won't find a better group of euros who are legit also no botting.

Also my allied clan TheDarkExile is a euro pve clan also. You can also talk to them Dwarfoi in the leader. Good group of guys not hardcore and legit also.

purely based on personal experience :

i once had 5 accademy toons in clan for a few hours never spoke, eventually i checked there lvl class n relevant cata it was immeadiately apparent why they werent talking.

they were killed and kicked do core do the same ?

Feel free to check them. I have no idea what results you are gonna get.

We have kicked like 4-5 ppl from clan for botting in the past, most didnt even last a week in clan (hence the method wouldnt have worked).

Yes, we kill and kick people we have found botting, if this was your question. But it doesn't happen that often. Last time it was on Jul 9th, 2010.

Edit: I think you can remember him. After being kicked from Core, he went to Unity, soon left (was kicked?) and went to WorkersOfWyn. I can pm you the name if you want it; I think Sace won't be happy if I publish the "accusation" on the forums

But no, we don't invite unknown random people into our academy, if that was your question. Besides, it's faster to make a fresh orc raider and use it to level them on raid bosses than wait till they bot themselves up in catas :rolleyes:

jrjunk seems to be soon invited into Polaris, unless you you can dissuade them from taking him.

By the way, the OP can try Polaris. They are recruiting, and they are easier to get into than Core (hidden accolade to pixie here).

Not sure who jrjunk is, never seen him on vent. And to be honest, if ppl arent on vent they dont exist to me, I cant be bothered typing all the time when I'm the one paying for the vent server. And I have never met this jrjunk in game either. I guess he joined and left BoC without having me notice him.

And no Krissa, it actually works, but most ppl cant be bothered checking that way. But feel they are entitled to pass judgement on others anyway. We call them hypocrits.

I doubt you will understand how it works if you havent by now.

But please, feel free to keep thinking it doesn't work, if that helps you being a hypocrite without feeling any guilt.

ikill i have only good things to say of slightly out of the box humour (hes an orc what do u expect!) from lvl 28 till the day he left ive always found him to be legit, honest, bit random sometimes but hes a nice guy and i would trust him with anything i own in l2.

no i dont remember who joined after july 9th 2010 by all means pm as its hard for me to have an opinion otherwise ^^ why if ur so anti bot do u not pm the clan they move to n tell them at the time ?

Post count has nothing to do with me being right. If you believe that I sincerely feel sorry for you. I just can't go along with that. Especially since someone on this forum, who is wrong alot of the time, has 2k more post count than me.

that would be the mail im expecting ^^ why pm me nonsense ? aside from messing up my font >< ur discussions seem a bit loose - smittie is wrong because some toon he never heard of now went to core - im wrong cos u kicked (an as yet unamed bot) 6mnths back that went to unity, u dont seem sure on how long for but that had to make me wrong :-S
