Imo no need to pay for dynasty, save the money till lvl 80 and get moi hvy and ica duals - if you got box support or lvl in GC pty's you'll do fine with tallum*DLE and drac/IC set and the price for dyn armor is pretty much the same as moi hvy and you'll fly through the lvl's from 76 to 80 in no time... GL from a 84 gladdy :)

All depends if u solo, if u have a buffer with u, if u prefer to party, if u have problems with Adena etc etc.
If u rly want a good solid answer, then its needed to tell more details.
Cheap way to go:
Low S Duals Fire + Drac Set and xp in GC Party as assist DD.
