Hi, I am stucked in this part where you need talk with hidden npc teleport

I know that I need have a party. but only a party can be teleported? and the other party need wait that npc hidden teleport respawned again for use it?

I killed raid boss 3 time but it dont give me the quest item after I killed it. any tips?

Ok Finally I knew reason, Quest finished!... Issues was because I dont claim the scroll that linken give you to detect hidden device.
