I saw a bunch of people struggling to get the **** quest mob, until someone showed mercy and spawned a truckload of Kanilovs. It really only is a temporary solution for the problem, and nothing more can be done (Without messing up the game mechanics, e.g. creating more Kanilov spawns).

It'll be better once the server population is more spread out. Right now you really have no choice but to either get lucky or be there when a GM spawns more of 'em.

I've done that quest yesterday. They spawned hundreds of them....

1- Join a full party.
2- Make a simple macro, first line /target Kanilov, second line /attack.
3- Put the Macro on your action bar (preferably the first bar, first slot with F1).
4- Hold your F1 Key.
5- Profit.
