Not receiving mentoring item?

Hey guys,

Yesterday I was level 38 when I started making the second class transfer quest. When I completed it, I was boosted to level 42 by the quest rewards. Meanwhile I was supposed to have received the mentoring coin but I didn't. Now basically I cannot have a mentor, it is not in my inventory nor warehouse.
Did it happen to you as well?
Any idea to solve it?

What mentoring coin? You mean the Mentee certificate? You're supposed to receive it when claiming the lv 40 pack from the Path to Awakening.

Yes it seems you are right.
Thing is, now I reclaimed them from the site, but when attempting to retrieve them from the Dimensional merchant nothing happens. I click "Retrieve" and none of the items is sent to me.
