How do you get the Forgotten Scrolls for the combo buffs now that the cata's are gone?

Do you just buy if from an NPC? if so, which one?

Looking at Warcryer combo buffs specifically.

Seems that mobs in Silent Valley drop them.

varka mobs also drop for some reason

I bet there is atleast one guy that wish he would have seen this post.

I sold him a chant of movement for 10m last night lol.

I dont feel the least bad about it either, since he has a shady background.

Wow, had to go all the way back to the 3rd page to find this again. Thanks for the help, gentlemen. Me and a few friends started proper leveling in Silent Valley and we're practically swimming in the books, but it's good to know the percentages and what else could drop them as well. Chant of Movement... so harsh.
