First try to understand the basics of Mentors, http://www.lineage2.com/en/game/the-library/mentoring-system/
If u are playing Shilen server u should know that is a "NEW" server so no one is lvl 85 ... no one has Awakened... so is IMPOSIBLE to be mentee...
