2nd class change for existing character

I have a level 39 human mage I cant seem to find the npc that will give me 2nd class change quest. all the in game quest info seems to be from old class change quests. any help will be appreciated.

go gludio at your class grand master (it should be in the temple). normaly u should be able to take the lvl 38 quest to change your class
