Improved buff books

hi there, im OL and i wonder where i can get my 72 & 74 improved bufs its:
Forgotten Scroll - Critical Of Pa'agrio and Forgotten Scroll - Combat Of Pa'agrio
they use to drop at cata but now they are closed ,i dont know any GoD drop calc so i dont know where i can look for it..

any tips? thx

Think i've seen someone mentioning that mobs in SV/Varka(Prolly Ketra too, if that's the case) drop them all now.
