You choose what skills you swap for awakening skills. Most of the time, it's a very bad idea to keep any of your old skills.

A kamael feoh has mystic stats, which have the 2nd highest int/wit (just below dark elves/elves, respectively), and 'okay' MEN.

all listed skills will be replaced after awakening with new skills. Normally rest of skills which aren't in this list will be kept.

Most old skills wont help you after you Awake.

So trade them all.
