npc's down

Npc at cruma tower have been down for a while and I can't continue wth my quest not sure if this is affecting other places but can you guys do something about it thanks

About the kama quest im still waiting for another day till i can kill the raid and finish the quest.

im new to this game but do the gm's take this long to reset npcs (its been about 2 days) or is it because of the holiday weekend.
