Hi , wondering if mentee recieve diplomas reward after they hit 86 and their mentor recieve diploma aswell and if they do , pls tell me how many exacly u recieve , answer only if u are well known :) ty

No. You get mentee certificate at lvl 40 from path to awakening and you change it for diplomas. No other way.
