Awaken/dualsub question

Is it possible to make his (dual class) prior to the (main class) Awaken?
I want to Judicator> ISS but I'd like to keep my main class for a future event for the Stone of Destiny (I pray that his happens) to make a female Kamael Tank or heal

how? When I did the spit destiny quest it said it required an Awakened char :S

but i heard you could use SoD on a subclass if you kept it in wh during awakening main char

i wanted healer as a sub for my kamael,but decided not to risk it
because it was just a rumor
