manor system?

used search,didnt find anything about,so I'm gonna ask here

can anyone please tell me,is the manor system functional? cause every time i try to buy seed to farm,there arent any....i tried searching over the auction house and private stores and found nothing....so is someone buyin all them or is it not operational yet?

Manor is set only by castle owners. But since there aren't any castle owners yet in Bartz, manor system is off.
