Iss Enchanter setup

hello ya'll

i was wondering about whats the best setup for a Iss enchanter.
like what armor type is the best? light / heavy (i guess robe is not done anymore).

what dual type should i use blunt or swords ? what SA should i use?

also wich dyes should i use or would that depend on what armor grade/set im gonna use.

please give me all types of combinations that are used.
