Second Class Change - Gladiator

Hi guy's,

Can anyone tell me where I'm going wrong?

I'm level 39, I've gone to Kash to start the first part of the quest, he has a red scroll above his head indicating that there is a quest available. When I go to the quest option however it say's that I am either not on a quest that involves him or I don't meet his minimum requirements?

first part?

all class transfer quests nolonger exist.
you have to go to your race/class head in Gludio.
and he will send you to kill three monsters in Wastelands.

after that, your quest will be done, and you will be a Gladiator.
although i'm pretty sure you should go Warlord.
because they level faster than Gladiators.
and they both end up as Tyr Warriors.

Won't the SP I've wasted on sword specialization be wasted then?

no considering how you should have more than enough sp for everything.
and at this level your sp cost of what? 400 will be nothing compared to the sp cost of level 80 skills.

and you can always have multiple weapons.
so you could keep a pair of swords so you could switch when only killing a single mob.

Awesome, It's crazy how much the game has changed. I've probably missed heaps! I used to play CB/OB a LOOOOOONG time ago, I did the quests to level 20 and then grinded till level 39 :eek:. The class quest took me from 39-43. Is there anything else i should know?

after 40, i just did a grind until i was in my 50s.
there is a daily quest you can do in the cruma tower...
you get the quest by doing kamaloka.
46,53 confirmed the quest, you find and fight a raid boss in cruma tower.

otherwise, just grind.

at 56 -73 kama you can get a quest for killing mobs in Tower of Insolence.
this quest gives you a boost in xp, along with coins which can be traded for Shirts, necklace, belts or Rings.
the rings stage up to 9 levels, and have similar stats to that of a Baium ring.
2 coins per ring level.

other than that, there are usually daily mob quests which are located in areas of your level range.
doing these quests will give you a little bit of extra xp on top of the grind xp.

at level 50ish, there is a Pailaka which used to be level 36 called song of Fire and Ice. starts in Oren now, although i think the npc in Gludin can also take you there.

there is also a pailaka at 63 in Giran, and 73 in Goddard.
these pailaka give you an equipment reward in addition to Xp.
sadly, there is nolonger a Vitality boost, even though it clearly says there is.
