Should I keep Emp Echo?

I just class changed to a feoh wizard and am unsure if I should sacrifice empowering echo for dual casting skill.. ideas?

Dual casting is level 95?

empowering Echo is a nice short term damage boost.
it has it's own drawbacks.
but you're probably better off keeping it.


at the same time...
maybe you should weight things out, then decide on your own which you prefer.
