Huge lag and can't move on Naia

Today from about 11 gmt+1 something evil happened on Naia.
First my whole party got frozen, client was totally stuck. Funny thing is, we could see other ppl moving and chat moving too, we just couldnt move. Then I had to kill the client in task manager, restarted pc, logged back and the same thing still happening to some of us (some others can move....weird).

Anyone knows anything about this?

(Btw my connection has no problem but when i try to ping the website the results are full of lost packets and huge response times.)

Hello I live in southern Brazil, in Joinville, Santa Catarina.
I play lineage 2 for over 5 years and I will spend my tips to reduce lag and improve the gameplay;
1) Have a good computer with at least 3 SATA 6Gb/se an excellent video card, such as a Radeon 6970, read details of the characters in a dungeon even with ALT P option must be instantaneous and access to the hard drive is a problem.
2) Use an SSD preferably the Force Series GT, the SSD completely changes the experience in the game, believe me I have an SSD.
3) Get the best Internet possible. In my country we have some providers, I hired GVT.
4) Use a reducing latency, helps a lot, believe me, do a test with or HighPingBuster BattlePing.

You can say it is expensive to have such an environment, so if you can not invest now, at least use a reducing latency doing a test with or HighPingBuster BattlePing.
