We will take level 40+ toons for academy and give them a chance to see how well they fit in clan. Other than that, we are open to recruiting 76+ on the condition that they are aware that they will probably be levelling alone unless a member is levelling a sub or alt. We can try to provide a mentor for new members and there is usually an Iss around to give buffs but these benefits are not guaranteed. At 85+ we always try to form clan parties for instances and XP before we pick up randoms and for the most part, we do a really good job of insuring that members get there dailies done.

Right now I would say we are at about 60/40 (60% under 90, 40% over). We have a lot of people that are 89 and with this event I think we will have alot of fresh 90's really soon (6 that I can think of off the top of my head).

We also just joined a new alliance with Mimmick clan, another primarily NA English speaking clan, expanding our pool of 90+.
