You have bought recipe, the chances to receive the different recipes are listed on the right hand side of the interface.

As you can see, the recipes you are going for are listed as "Very low" chance.

As said above, the rewards are random. You can gain something, or nothing at all. What you want to acquire, may not be acquired at all.
