Hello all,

I created a macro to make sure my protection buffs are in 1 button
but the problem is the macro aint working.

the macro for Melody and Sonatas do work only protection isnt.

Am I doeing something wrong or is Protection buffs created so it cant be put in a macro?

Thanks in advance.

Macro:

/useskill Divine Protection
/useskill Elemental Protection
/useskill Mental Protection

You can't macro them directly. Put them on an unused toolbar (like 5 or above) and link those in your macro and it will work.

Ok thanks for quick response.

Still strange.

NCsoft to do list:

Fix crashes
Fix the direct link to Protection buffs (thanks all ISSes)

happened to me too, I think maybe one tries to start before the last one finishes casting and stops one or more of them from casting properly. I click protections individually and sonatas / melodies in macro. this worked for me

tried it myself.

/useskill Divine Protection
/useskill Elemental Protection
/useskill Mental Protection

It doens't matter which one you put first it will only buff one of them (cant remember which one though, will test when I get home from work)

As stated above put them in your toolbar and macro them from it.

The reason is that the name of skills are too long. So you have to put in a hide hot bar and ... no problems!!

Plz elaborate on this....(put in hide hot bar)?

You have to put those 3 skills in another bar that you don't use and then put it un the macro.
Exemple :
You play with bar 1 2 3 4
Put Mental Prtotection in bar 5, 1 position
ElementalProtection in bar 5 2 position
Divine Protection in bar 5 3 position

On the macro put
useshortcut 5 1
useshortcut 5 2
useshortcut 5 3

the reason is, ingame alerdy exist this names for other skills with lower ID and game looking just for this skills with lower id, for exemple, Elemental Protection is Hierophant's skill at level 76
