how to report this bug?

PD:
try again.. and loss more ncoin 160+160

few minutes recive 1 stone . buy 2 stone... lost 160 ncoin

There's an issue with the L2 Store at the moment. We're working on it.

Also not receiving items from the rewards site. been hours now and the dimensional merchant has only gave me 1 out of 8 items. :mad:

The item delivery issue with the L2 Store/L2 Galleria has been fixed. The Path to Awakening has also been restored.

For those that purchased an item during this period and haven't received it yet, we're still investigating the delivery of the item(s). We'll update you once the item(s) have been delivered successfully.

I can not buy nc coins. Says "We are currently unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or visit one of our retail partners."

2 days and still don't have my items -.-
