PR Threat level advice.

During a few raid boss kills with my clan today i died like 3 times.


I went glass cannon +4 dex +4 Str - 8 Con tats for leveling, im level 74 with an augmented soul bow and full light majestic.


Im weaving in double shots beetween my autoattacks. Are PR's terrible with threat management or am i just playing my class the way its supposed to be played .


Our tanks are 78-80 and no one else had an aggro problems, i am one of the higher level dps'ers.

Raidbosses hate archer crits.

Try standing closer to it next time. That way you will do less dmg coz of low range, and when the boss starts hitting you, the other players dont have to run to it.

So my crits hit harder from a distance? I was not aware of that... I just came back to the game after like 2 years so im nubcake again

Ya you do the most damage from maximum range. And less as the target gets closer.

You could also try clicking off your crit buffs.

Seems you are just a bit too much dmg for your party at the moment.

Don't do that. You don't ever need to lower your damage. You're tanks weren't using the right skills. They should be spamming everything mentioned above plus any other debuffs they have. If someone is playing a 78-80 and can't keep a RAID off of an A grade archer, they should have quit or rerolled months ago.

Your tanks are trash. No way any tanks with an element weapon should lose aggro to a newb A grade archer.
