Question about our 40+ characters

So as I see when we make new characters we have a ton of quest to do to do our class changes and stuff,But what do we do with our 40+ characters that have already done the 2nd class change before the new update?Do we have to restart them or what.

just don't do that quests.. if lvled to that lvl before GoD ur char should be good enough...
