Cannot login to live server after conversion PTS

After i conversed the PTS server to live server (used the download from official site) he checked all mine files they were up to date so i hit start. Now the login screen appears but when i type my login and my PW nothin happenes....

Do you get an error message at the bottom of the log-in screen when this happens? or just nothing happens? When I did the conversion, I had to start the game by double clicking on the .exe file in the folder I copied the PTS converstion file into, rather than the original .exe I used prior to the PTS.
If I used the original .exe, it gave me some weird error message.

If there is no error message, this sounds like a problem with your firewall blocking access to the game server. Since you modified the program, your firewall could be blocking access from this 'new' program.

Open your firewall's controls and manually reauthorize all the programs associated with Lineage, including Gameguard. Often, even when I do that, it takes several attempt before my firewall brings up a 'changed application, allow access?' screen. Once that happens, things go fine.
