is this "my" game?

hi all, as u can see i'm new here and i have one important question before starting to play because i want to understand if this game suits me or not.
i'm looking for a mmorpg where pvp has good part in it, balanced and challenging, so the question is simple: is this game pvp oriented?

Actually this is "NCSoft's" game.

Lineage 2 is an open world PvP game, meaning you can be anywhere outside of town and get attacked with no warning by other players; you can also do the same thing.

Thing about PvP in this game now is you won't get much until after you hit level 85 and awaken, once you do that you grind and PvP your way to level 99.

L2 has lots of PvP options. It is each player's decision on how involved they choose to be in the PvP activities.
