can any1 tell me something? all servers except for naia are all in USA right? and naia is euro right?

ye but what about all of euro players? since innova is pretty much dead.. and ig says shillen is gmt +0,but i heard naia had the europe gmt

Time zones written in the servers' names don't have anything to do with their actual locations. All servers are located in the US, they differ only for the time zone they're referring to.
