Auction House Disabled

Due to technical issues involved in the Goddess of Destruction: Tauti launch, the Auction House is being disabled on all servers until a fix is received.

The issue is that prices are not displaying correctly. To avoid the possibility of players purchasing items at misleading prices, it was decided that the safest course of action is to make the Auction House unavailable by removing the Auction House NPCs from the server. The Auction House system and all items currently registered on it will remain intact. When an item's registration period runs out during this time, the item will be mailed back to the character as normal.

This is a priority issue and a hot fix is being prepared but at this time there is no ETA as to when the issue will be fixed. As soon as more information is available you will be updated. Note that, if a fix is received before the next weekly maintenance it will involve a hot fix emergency server maintenance. If this happens, maintenance notices will be given.

i understood that dev team is working on it, but i've been "scammed" by auction house, before reading forums (cause on naia, the npc is still there).
I bought some weapon thinking that someone auctioned them with the wrong price and i didn't notice the change on my adena after the first one (i didn't remember how many adena i had, and i didn't notice i spent 9kk and not 9 adenas).

I know it's basically my fault and ncsof doesn't plan any refound policy about player scamming on private store, but is there any refound expected for a situacion like this, which is caused by a game bug?

Just asking, not pretending anything.

P.S.: I have screen where i buy those items from the auction house but since in chat window the money spent are not shown, i don't think the sentence "You have successfully purchased 1 of Unidentified Apocalypse Avenger" can be taken as an evidence : /

As this situation is only recently developed and we are still in the process of handling it, I can't say if we can or cannot help in this kind of situation. It's always worthwhile to ask the support team. As Laby suggested, contact the support team and explain the situation.

You tried to take advantage of someones mistake and got taken to the cleaners... like a reflect scammer skill in effect!!

I just bought a polearm grade R in auction house and the value was reported for 60k adena, checked several times to make sure that it was scam and the window to complete the purchase showed <60,000 adena>. When I looked in my inventory after purchase, cashed out more than 200kk of Aden. Soon after the auction house crashed and will not work anymore. I wonder if I mistaken or is a bug in the new version and in case of bug, I'll be in prejudice or some action will be taken by staff?

Another fix, if possible...
If you filter the item by lower price (click in price column) and buy item, after the buy process the filter is disabled and you need apply then again.

Yesterday I buy lots of crystals @ 4million and every time of buy I need apply the filter again because the top 10 items on list is a scam cry @ 4billion.

I believe in lots of people in this scam due to this problem.

Is possible apply filter and keep the filter again after buy item?

I have problems (bug) in game when i buy in auction hause items (TW Breastplate (3x 120 ele)) i see prize for items only 900 adena, so i buy it, but when i buy i lost from my inventory 900 milions, no only 900 adena. So i lost my adena, bicouse this bug and i want my adena back. Can any GM do with this somethink and give my adena back?
IF it needed i can upload image when i see this bug, and lost my adena. When i buy i do PrtScn.

It seems to me, the issue isn't related to AH only, but affects player shops also, at least on Naia(ie.: item sold for 300 million adena described as 30 adena) or are my game client files corrupted?

No that's just someone saying it's 30 adena on their sign above them when in reality in the shop they put it as 300 mil as a scam. That's not a bug, but beware people run scams like this. They will manipulate the number of items as the price and vice versa to trick you when you aren't paying attention.

There are actually two prices listed in private shops, and the full true price of the item is still listed, so no mistake can be made. I'm not sure what the other number is about though (in the case of an item selling for 3,000,000 Adena, right underneath it is says 3 Adena).

You got me wrong(my english ain't that well). I'm talking about the item price inside the player shop, in the sales price of 300.000.000 the description indicates 300 adena - check it your self.

Maybe this is what they saw. Sace this could be very damaging to players at no fault of theirs. I honestly hope if more complaints surface there's something NC can do for them.

yeah they do that and they also use worthless items and try to pass it off as a rare item because they look similar. Someone not paying attention buys them thinking they got a cheap deal and got scammed and stuck with items that are worth nothing.

OMG! what happen to ppl who used an Auction House 100% Fee Voucher?? 7 days lost? I used 1 yesterday so I bought it for nothing ?
