URGENT: Siege Time Confunsions
the NPCs are sayign that the Sieges will be at 16:00 GMT-4, and I'm hearing a lot of claims that sieges will be in 3h:30 from now, @ 11:00AM GMT-4.
Juji or Sace, can either of you please confirm this for me.
