Phantom Ranger questions

Hello guys. I'm an old player coming back. I made a phantom ranger and I love her. I've been having fun grinding her up. The grind hasn't been too bad until now. I hit 72 the other night and now it seems the areas that the dailies send me to for quests are a little too hard for her even with full ISS buffs. At lower levels I can go to areas like Blazing Swamp or Valley of Saints and one or two shot mobs. Now I'm supposed to quest in Hot Springs, WoA, and Swamp of Screams and even fully buffed I feel like it takes forever to kill a mob. It's bumming me out because I really have fun using her.

I'd appreciate any suggestions, advice, or if someone can point me to another thread. I am currently wearing Tallum Heavy (for atk spd) and have a +5 Soulbow. I have one tat +4 str -4 con.

Also, I was wondering about any macro suggestions. I've been playing around with some but I'd like to hear from some seasoned Phantom Rangers.

In Swamp of Screams mobs are resistant to arrows, and some mobs in Hot Springs too.
In WoA the flying mobs are weak to arrows, so I don't get how you can find them difficult to kill.

I think you should wear light armor, you have passives for it!

Alt+K than select Passive skills,there stands Light Armor Mastery,and you're using Tallum Heavy,you should be using light armor.
My suggestions for armors:
Use Majestic Light set if you want to have better P.Atk.
Use Dark Crystal Light set if you want balanced P.Atk. and Atk.Spd.

You should take Daily Quests from "Adventurer Helper" NPC that can be found in every town.

And if you want to grind and grind,my suggestions are:
-Hot Springs,it should spot be good for you.(Tiferet said in previous post that some mobs resist arrows,but those mobs are the least).
-Garden of Beasts:It's low exp,but mobs are easy to kill.(If you are weak for Hot Springs,or it's overpopulated).

Forest of dead was pretty good, vampire area.

About macros, add ctrl to all your skills and attack.
