event npc is disapeared?!

where is Servant of flame?! i am have againe a lot shateered egg shell and cant exchange it !!! WTF!?????

The Birth of Draco event NPC will leave the game at 7am PDT. This means it will no longer be possible to trade in Shattered Egg Shells, so be sure to do that before this time.
The Birth of Draco event items scheduled for deletion on July 11 will not be deleted. They will remain in the game an extra day, until the maintenance of July 12. The list of items to be removed on July 12 can be found on the event page.

Try paying attention to server maint announcement especially for events.
