Sumoners bug???

Hello,

I was just doing quest in IT, killing succubuses, when sudently Wynn Summoner from clan with crest 299 apeared and somehow changed my target to his unbufed summon making me to pk him, and then he killed me, so i was just wandering is it a bug or wtf?

Ya. But you might not be high enough lvl or using the correct programs for any GM to care.

It has yet to be deemed bannable, and is considered a bug for now.

If you feel like it, petition, but I'm not sure if it's gonna help you at all.

any char with a sumon can do this , he hit his pet until the hp get closer to 1 ... lets say under 100 hp , after that he put the pet to hit u , very simple until here
if u have daring sonata or any buff or item thats give u reflect dmg back to atacker , or like some ppl do already they come with sps and buff u with freezing skin , pet will die from reflecting ur dmg back to him , making u red !!!
the funny thing that our dear NC' dont consider an exploit is : how can the pet die from reflect dmg if he didnt do any dmg to me !!! what was reflected back ?!
in order to get reflect he need to hit u first , but he dont get flagged !

No need to hit, marks are what they use to DoT their pets to near death.
Reflect damage is calculated before the actual damage, for some weird reason, so for the game, a pet gets killed by the reflected damage it has yet to unleash onto the opponent... Thus ending up in some karma points for the victim, and the summoner has free game into killing someone and gaining rep points.

+1 for the question how can u reflect dmg before u have received dmg

According to NC Soft in some other post, there is nothing unsual about it

His clan is named casi300 and they do that usually when they see you, I was pked by a full twilight pt of them when I was lvl 80 on my archer , imagine 1 lvl 80 with vorpal and they were 7 lvl 90+ with twilight, they made me pk with that trick and all used PR to go city and keep killing me when I tried to join city

Not to worry, they are merely using this exploit so that we can meet the breakpoint, when enough ppl have cried about it, so they can finally make it bannable.

This has yet to happen, for now.

But they seem to be trying really hard, so good for them, and good for us.
