I only go on forums when I can't play l2. Send me an in-game mail to "Metal" and we can work something out. If the quest still exists I will give it to you for almost nothing. But if this item is exclusive, rare, and non-existent now I would like to try and get more.

You can not get these Armor sets during this update, the quest was removed, maybe they will return with the Glory Days.

They should be considered extremely rare, not to mention, a step above the stuff given out via the path to awakening website.
