Because you're reading the FAQ from Pando's site; which basically consist of question like "Why is Pando so awesome and am I worthy enough to use it?"

Seriously, I use Malwarebytes and every time there is an L2 update (requiring that I install Pando), Malwarebytes starts blocking it. Every. Time.

Second, ask yourself why it installs browser components. What possible reason could it have for doing so.

Research it a little yourself. Don't end at Pando's FAQ.

One last thing, the FAQ claims it uses minimal resources. However, a fair amount of lag after maintenance Wednesday is caused by Pando. Yes, I know a lot of people play right after maintenance because of the Vit refill. However, removing (or at least killing) Pando will resolve a fair amount of lag issues. I guess "minimal" is subjective.

Thanks for answers. Unfortunaly, bot report investigation fail, movies with bots as prove is not accepted. Toons with stores "0,35m adenaforfree.com" is infested in lots of towns.

This simply means that their supply of adena is high. Now, you can take that to mean that either:
A. Adena is very easy for them to get, or
B. People aren't buying as much.

What does every business do with overstock? They try to sell it cheaply.

As I saw Pando Media Booster being mentioned I would like to ask what is AwesomiumProcess.exe in system folder. Is it a gameguard file or what ? Because sometimes it opens itself and I force it down but nothing changes.

A: When you use the Bot Report button, a log is generated about the reported player. The support team looks at the logs several times per day, and investigates the reported players.

Therefore, I am impressed with the poor quality of logs.

they investigate, they don't say what % they ban and how long it takes before they are allowed to ban. NC wants profit and banning potential customers is expensive, so I guess the employees are bound to strict rules.

All I say you can't say if the problem is log quality, reluctance to ban or time until ban. They should give these statistics such that we, as a community, can hold them accountable.

Q: Can you please ask Korea to start sending you translated patch notes as they roll them out, so we can see changes made as they happen in Korea? I know Korea publishes them on their website, but using Google Translate isn't really the best solution.
A: Although it’s always exciting to read patch notes, it’s not sound strategy to post inaccurate notes for an update that won’t arrive on our servers for months to come. They would be at least partly inaccurate because patches are applied differently in different territories: while Korea is able to roll-out small changes easily and often, we usually get “bulk” patches that are several weeks’ worth of patches. And, to complicate things a little more, sometimes they need to remove newly introduced content for a while until it is fixed, and it will effectively appear to us as if nothing had happened (since the bulk patch will contain the change as well as the removal of the change). We have to take all of that into consideration when making our patch notes, and more. While we work on delivering the patch notes that describe the changes you will personally see on our servers, we encourage players to focus on what is going on in-game now instead of that which is seen further in the future.

This is something I would like to see very much from NC West. The fact that information can be inaccurate or that some features will not exist on our client is of minimal importance. Just add a disclaimer (we are not responsible for any changes blah, blah, blah) and you are good to go. As long as you keep track of the changes in the Korean site, all will be good.
