Because you're reading the FAQ from Pando's site; which basically consist of question like "Why is Pando so awesome and am I worthy enough to use it?"

Seriously, I use Malwarebytes and every time there is an L2 update (requiring that I install Pando), Malwarebytes starts blocking it. Every. Time.

Second, ask yourself why it installs browser components. What possible reason could it have for doing so.

Research it a little yourself. Don't end at Pando's FAQ.

One last thing, the FAQ claims it uses minimal resources. However, a fair amount of lag after maintenance Wednesday is caused by Pando. Yes, I know a lot of people play right after maintenance because of the Vit refill. However, removing (or at least killing) Pando will resolve a fair amount of lag issues. I guess "minimal" is subjective.

Thanks for answers. Unfortunaly, bot report investigation fail, movies with bots as prove is not accepted. Toons with stores "0,35m adenaforfree.com" is infested in lots of towns.

More one time, thanks for answers. Please defeat in game PvE and PvP bots.

adena seller getting more Real money than NCwest, they sell now 1b adena even cheaper than 8000 NCoins good job there decreasing day to day

This simply means that their supply of adena is high. Now, you can take that to mean that either:
A. Adena is very easy for them to get, or
B. People aren't buying as much.

What does every business do with overstock? They try to sell it cheaply.

Option C - their MAIN bots are now lvl 95-97+ and farm more efficiently on the new INSTANCES undisturbed by bot report buttons.

As I saw Pando Media Booster being mentioned I would like to ask what is AwesomiumProcess.exe in system folder. Is it a gameguard file or what ? Because sometimes it opens itself and I force it down but nothing changes.

This is a GREAT progress with Panda yeah.....if seriously and thank goodness for that.

But bots, GoD and not optimize engine is pull game back to dinosaurs and nintendo. I mean....dear ncsoft where is progress in your game, where it is ?!)

they investigate, they don't say what % they ban and how long it takes before they are allowed to ban. NC wants profit and banning potential customers is expensive, so I guess the employees are bound to strict rules.

All I say you can't say if the problem is log quality, reluctance to ban or time until ban. They should give these statistics such that we, as a community, can hold them accountable.
