Path to become dark wizard

hi
where can i find npc varika to select the quest of becoming a dark wizard. i talked to the npc in talking island and he told me that i can find her southwest from dark elven village at holy altar but i couldnot find her so plz help me.

This is the old quest.

Just follow the newbie quest chain in TI and you're done with class change.
