What are the dye of the tyrr doombringer and why would this be the best for pve?

1. +15 Str, +15 Char, the best but godly expensive

2. +15 str, +12 Char, 2nd best

3. +15 Str, + 3 Dex

4. +15 Str

3&4 I'd recommend for any PvE Tyrr class since Dex is not really important for tyrr.
