Exclamation How to Submit a Bug Report

Please submit bug reports through our Support Center. Our support center helps us to track issues better than on the message board and our QA team can get more information about your character and the problem that you are having.

To submit a bug, go to the Support Center, fill out the form, and include the following information in your description of the bug:
  • Summary of the issue
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Location (/loc if possible) where it occurred
  • Character race and class
  • Character name
  • Server Name
  • Any loss that you experienced as a result of the bug
Other information such as your graphics card, screenshots, how long you had been playing at the time, and anything else is always appreciated. Every detail you can think of can help us to track down the issue.
