Default Account MIgration problem !!!

I have a problem with one account that i can't migrate.
For 3-4 weeks i can't log ... they forced me to migrate. Ok... i've tryed.
And guess what ... doesnt work ... ive tryed to put old email, new email ... nothing work.
An YES i email support. ( a lot emails)
Their answer : Give us CARD ID photo to find your account , because your birthday doesnt match.... lol
I gave them everything to find my account and fix this :
Username, server, even my account password, email registred on this account..... but they want my CARD ID .... Jesus
I play a game or i have a loan at "NCSOFT West BANK?"
I understand that they lost data base ... but its not my fault
Or is ?
And when i saw this shamless things ... ive tryed to make another account. New one.
Guess what ... i can't log on server either ...
The account need to be authentificate .... but i have autentificate ...but the message its the same.
And another insane issue .... when i log from another IP on website i recive email with code etc.
I have PPOE connection so everytime ip changes i need a new code.
So pls if someone can explain me pls:
Can we play this game? And how?

1 you must migrate if you like to continue to play.
2 if you not fallow support will never migrate if you not know sec quastions or your creation mail.
3 if you not may log with new create master acc then your game in PC is not good.

1.Nothing is wrong with my pc .... other accounts are working.
2.New account that i've make few days ago doesnt work ... i can log into website ...but not in game.
3.This migration its wrong if they ask for ID CARDs that are personal information.
4.If they wanna be 100% sure that im the owner of the account its simple

I need to prove only this:
- username ******
- password ******
- in game pin ******
- email for this account *****
- reply from account email

Anything else CARD ID photo with personal information its just an excuse that they can't fix this cuz they lost data.

And its sad that people are put in this position for their mistakes !
But i dont see any reply from GM/admin (i would say that is normal if i look back on my last 3-4 weeks)

You miss some info or give wrong info so they ask for pic to know for sure. There is noting lost, if you have full access you will not have problem to back.
There is no lost data, i was blocked 10 days but I found in what mail was master create and there in junk folder was mail the must be migrate before 1 May. 3 clicks and ID now is migrate w/o any problem.

I've gave all information needed .... plus of that even sugestions to help them to find this account.
- username, password, server, character race, lvl, email that is register on this account.

When u make an account for the first time u put any information that u like:
- Not your real name (if you want)
- Not your real birthday (if u want)
- And email
- And u dont upload a photo with you.

And if NCSOFT wanna be sure if its your account its simple:
- Send email on your registered email with that account ... not photo etc

It's the same sistem like IP Authorise ( NC Account Log in Alert)
I see that no GM/Admin reply
Its a quote for that " Even the silance it's an answer "
