Default GameGuard Errors 620 and 1002 Information

Adventurers,

We are aware that some of you are having issues logging in after this week's maintenance. A GameGuard update was made during maintenance and it seems to be the cause of this.

We're looking into the issue and will try to have it resolve ASAP.

We need your help to narrow down the issue. Please submit a ticket to customer support if you're encountering the 1002 or 620 GameGuard errors.

When you submit the ticket please make sure to include the .erl files from your GameGuard folder.

It's about fake alarm from GG.

If you read my post you will see that I already send *.erl files to Inca and got reply about virus in Windows sytem file. And also I got reply from anti-virus lab that this file DONT contain any virus (same result btw I got from virustotal.com - file was checked with 46 antiviruses and nothing was found).

L2.bin dosen't appear anymore in processes after maintenance

i do anything and nothing help. i send ticket i try 10 diferent pc's and nothing, i still cant play, i loose my %. wth ? i want play my game, why u dont fix that **** ?

So 2 days passed and we are still there gathering logs/sysinfo/local GG files for NCSoft.
I wonder if we get fix before Lidvior, looks like IT support is just buying time and don't want REALLY FOCUS on this problem...

For me it's pretty much obvious:
- issue introduced in recent changes in GG files during maintenance (why not to roll back to previous version till it get fixed?)
- issue is 100% reproducible on x64 systems, why can't you create test environment on your own if you want to "narrow down" the problem?

interesting how many players send tickets for nc...
my laptop with same l2 client and same wind 7 64bit in same home network work good.. without any gg errors.. maybe problem in video card software? i'm using ATI radeon video card..

i think till next maitenance we nothing get..

Generally it's very hard problem. NC support have nothing to do coz GG stuff fully belong to GG company. NC support just make a request to GG to fix this issue and no one know when it will be fixed or IF it will be fixed at all.
I made direct support request to GG and post here their reply. Shortly speaking they tell "we belive that you have virus so we are not going to help you".

Why it's happen? It's simple. Maybe no one know but GG NEVER works with x64 OSs before. GG just was started and do nothing (exept communication with GG-server).

Now GG finally decide to fix that issue (so fast reaction ... just few years passed). Not sure why but all Win7 x64 very differ from each other due to activation method (and maybe due to some other differences), so now we have 3 type of users:
-Players for whom GG still not working, so they dont understand why other players have problem
-Players for whom GG working "just as planned" who got additional lags, dont see l2.bin in processes and lost possibility to use a lot of software (advanced keyboard and mouse drivers, and a lot of other programs)
-Players for whom GG detect Windows system files as a virus and dont allow to start game.

Btw can anyone explain me, why GG being a part of LineAge2 game scan my disc and system files to find viruses? Can I cancel my anti-virus softwave payment?

Disconnect antivirus and firewall? Maybe better to shutdown PC and throw it from window?

WIN 7 user here (32 and 64). I used the clock from the Miniapplications. After closing it, the GG problems are gone and some of my lagspikes too.
