you could be a victim of a man in the middle attack, run all the virus scans and malware scans that you can...

if it catches something, try again.

Another possibility: windows update. Update your windows.

If it's already fully updated... I dunno :P

Well, this post ended up a bit long, but i like it. haha

The problem consists of two parts. First, the ncsoft's web server doesn't support all the current security standards that most browsers do (and it gets a weak C grade in the SSL server test). Someone (at ncsoft) should definitely fix that.
Second, if your browser's security settings are too strict for what the poor server can accept, then your browser won't be able to establish an https connection with the server. You may be able to solve it by downgrading your browser's security - see the 2nd post in this thread:
http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewto...f=38&t=2301041
(I am using the newest firefox (v39) to post this)
Next (this is for everyone) open up the account login page but do not login yet. View the certificate provided by the server:
Click on the icon at the far left end of the URL address bar.
Click the More Information button.
Click the Security icon/tab at the top of the Page Info dialog.
Click View Certificate.
Verify that the Common Name (CN) exactly matches *.ncsoft.com
Verify that the SHA1 fingerprint is exactly this: D9:0A:BF:64:E3:02:F3:88:A1:F3:F9:2F:1C:2C:C6:76:22 :2C:34:4D
If you see something else then your connection is intercepted by a proxy server (a man in the middle) and that proxy is spoofing the certificate and it can see everything you send to the server and receive from the server in cleartext. Don't post any private information like credit card details. The proxy may be anywhere between your computer and the web server but also inside of your computer (spyware).
If you see the correct name and fingerprint then you should be more or less safe. Go ahead and log in, do whatever you need to do.
Please note the above fingerprint is valid only until the certificate is replaced with a newer one. Current certificate is valid until 6th december 2015 but it may be replaced anytime sooner.

For the people who find this interesting, here's something more to keep you busy for a while:
