Got a new computer a couple weeks ago, but has problems with L2 as it likes to randomly crash. Have all the latest drivers, they had me download directx9 stuff too but nothing has yet to work...last time i logged in it wasnt even 3mins then poof. Time before that took 3-4 hrs to go poof. Anyways any ideas or questions are welcome

before any assistance can be provided.... due to a lack of information.... we REALLY need as much information as possible.
We need you complete system specs..... motherboard/video card/sound device/hardrive/cpu/ram/etc. What driver version of the video/sound/chipset/etc what running programs or installed firewall/anti-virus is in use... 32bit... 64bit? Home premimum or pro or starter? Lastly what is the total list of things you've tried... have you ran low level diagnostics and tests to see if the machine is 100% stable? Keep in mind that Lineage II has a habit of triggering crashes/instability where everything else "appears" to be working relatively problem free. Windows 7 is VERY stable even when there is a significant issue with for example RAM or Hardrive failures.... Only failing to work completely when it's to late usually. The more information you provide.. the better... for assistance you could use CPU-Z (google it) and post screenshots of each informative tab... it'll give us a very good breakdown of the system and it's detailed specs and even bios version.

the first exception error your receiving refers to a file missing issue... or corrupt file...
the 2nd refers to a file that is trying to be accessed, but the program doesn't have the necessary rights/privilages to access it. The first is potentially cause for concern because it usually indicates that either A: the file has for whatever reason went missing (lost) or is corrupted to a point of no return which could be due to a potential hardrive level failure. Have you ran programs like memtest86+ or perhaps a Seatools DOS "long" test? Bad sectors appearing on a hardrive are of great concern as while the system will appear stable, will however fail oventually.... Either way you could attempt to run a full check/verify file intagrity.

well least you can take solice in that fact that your machine does indeed seem stable.
Next i'd like to suggest you navigate to start ~> all programs ~> Accessories ~> RIGHT CLICK on command prompt and select "run as admin" and then in the black window that'll pop up.. type the following sfc /scannow hit enter this make take several minutes.... follow the directions... when it's complete.. it'll produce a very brief message about it completing with no error or some errors.... if there are errors it'll say that they were repaired successfully, OR that they were not. In either case this is a windows verification diagnostics.... generally it doesn't take long on machines running fine.... about 30 minutes or less. I would then suggest you submit this information with a the running support ticket. If you could... post a list of all the programs that startup/running. You can find this list by going to START ~> RUN (alternatively pressing and holding the Windows key on the keyboard followed by tapping the "R" key on the keyboard).... type into this small box "msconfig" at which point click on the "startup" tab and it'll list everything.. You could potentially disable ALL startup options, reboot and attempt to run lineage II and see if the problem persists. Keep in mind that anti-virus/firewall programs will over-ride the disabling of startup items.. and if they do, they stilll could be responcible for causing lineage II to crash with an exception like that. Lineage II is frequently detected and killed by firewall/anti-virus programs. So far i only know of microsoft security essentials combined with the default windows programs to allow lineage II to run without any issues.
