The Dominator sword is a Legacy weapon... to remember your roots.
It doesn't have anything to do with diversification choices.

In korea the GMs did this manually. In Japan they had an npc that did this.

correct and right now we don't know yet if this NPC that Japan had will be also available to us - NCWest, only Juji can confirm that..

Hi Vali/Juji, im really excited about Lindvior, and the patchnotes are quite informative about the changes, but there is a point that's a little "blurry":

When changing things to boost "Crafting", you mention that there will be a change towards enabling some items to be obtainable just by spoil (You may obtain "thread" crafting items and recipes only by using "Spoil" from "Fortune Seeker" or "Plunder" from "Othell Fortune Seeker."), but there is no mention about changing spoil rates altogether.

So, in short (TL;DR): Can we expect a change (and hopefully, a boost) of spoil rates, or are we going to be subject to the same rates as before? Just so i know that my decision of becoming a FS-Othell is going to be, at least, rewarding in that aspect.

Addendum: I personally made my dwarf to be an spoiler kind of guy, needed in parties to get items for everyone and such, but spoil(plunder) does not yield the expected results (i remember that it was due to a change "decreasing" the plunder rates, meaning chances of getting items by spoil have become "next to nil"), so i feel "cheated" in that aspect of the game. Not that i don't love the fact that i have a "Santa Dwarf", so at least i look funny with my santa outfit + santa hat .

Okay so for archer's range not affecting damage anymore.. does that mean they will do the same damage as they do now at max range? Or the same damage they do now in close range?

It means their damage is not affected by range. Not sure how this is hard to understand. The damage they do now at close range is penalized damage...

Improved Buffs for Clan Members only (old Melodies, Harmonies, and Sonatas will be replaced)

Will it be like in the old time, that he can buff his party members too?

i have a question regarding element stone fragments. Since these can only be applied to bound items currently. What will happen to them? do they become useless artifacts of a previous chronicle or will we have a chance to redeem them into true element stones. (perhaps 5:1 or something)

Either use them on existing bound items or they become useless.
