Default Lab Report 6 - Fighting Baylor

The Baylor raid boss has been around for quite sometime and was revamped as a level 97-99 raid boss instance in Goddess of Destruction. Recently, we've been seeing players having trouble removing his 10 minute invincibility buff or slowly finishing the raid. The information provided below should help:

Removing Baylor's Invincibility Buff:

If you fail to interrupt Baylor's casting of the invincibility buff, then you have a small chance to remove it by attacking his tail.

Prevent Baylor from Going Berserk:

Baylor will go into Berserk mode if you do not destroy the alarms that spawn. In Berserk mode, his attack and defense increase by 50%.

Free the Crystalline Golems from Prison:

Baylor will drop prison keys that can be used to free Crystalline Golems from prison. The Crystalline Golems will join the fight against Baylor.

Are you drunk or something?

You were saying with absolute confidence that the alarm devices are related to invincibility skill.

Yeah, because I never saw Celestial on Baylor when I destroyed the devices.

I never saw Berserk either, destroyed devices or not...

Very good.
And if that lab report on the Baylor may be equivalent to Balok, in the question of removing the invincibility? (if it happens)

If yes, then it is plausible to say that Othell's Rogues, when they are invited on one or both parties, because they attack the back (or being the tail), are more likely to remove the invincibility, and even being the most sought for such.

You can remove Balok's invincibility buff by attacking his tail as well.

Yes, but if your party can interrupt the casting of invincibility then it does not matter.

Attacking his tail = attacking Baylor from behind.

That wasn't really hard to figure out.

Think of Dark Souls' Kalameet, Gaping Dragon, Crossbreed Priscilla, Seath the Scaleless... And Baylor is so much easier to handle than half of those bosses.

Welcome to GoD, who tell you the in this tipe of rb's you need to assist to tank or w/e. Get one dagger in pt and all asisst+move to him, just tank sty in front. same is in istina, just tank's up and he get mark, all other safe hit form back, dagger shadow is 5-7 sec reuse, you may target tail all time. Just tell to tank to sty in center (in balok) so when assist to not go out of center ring...

What we have noticed recently is the following:-

The cast time on invincibility has been drastically reduced, so much so that unless you are already randomly throwing skills to interrupt in the hopes you get lucky there is not enough time between him starting to cast it and it appearing for an interrupt skill to be used.

Invincibility is now more regularly being used on by both bosses 1 after the other so that you can end up with both invincible.

The crystaline golems fail to remove the invincibility more often than they succeed. Many times all cells are used and the golems allowed to smack the boss with no effect so that we run out of golems and have no choice but to wait for the invincibility to wear off. Personally I was wondering if this was linked to how much health is left on the boss., since usually this seems to happen when they are barely alive.

We had noticed that certain skills used from behind did seem to take it off, but not everything. Perhaps we have just had random luck with certain things working more than others but are we certain that ANY attack from the rear has the same chance?

The game engine is ****. What is showed on my screen is not always what is really happening. I may be attacking its tail or just swinging in a different direction. The only reliable positioning is the hard coded one (daggers skills).
