hi i log today when maintenance ends and my chas was in aden in same place as i remember but some items in mi inv are gone!!!!! i need help pliss some items lost not in WH not in nowhere Q.Q i lost ALL MY ADENA plisss tell me what can i do for get back my items

Same happend here.. All my TW Robe set +4+3+3+3+3 + element was gone! 0 Adena! Same happened to other 2 clan members.. one lost just adena, and other lost his Apocalypse Weapon! Already contacted Support, and waiting for answers! Thanks :/

I have the same problem. TW heavy set +3 with atributes and Adena disappeared. I have only gauntlets... ;/

I experienced the same situation: I tried to send a petition, the service is not available, I tried to send a mail to the NC support team: they sent me a link for log in issues and hacked accounts, so they reseted my passwords. I tried the live chat and they made me a new ticket with the NC support. I wait for 3 days to get my issue resolved and no one seems to be able to answer our questions. I'm getting very tired of this

Tengo problemas desde hace una semana, mi personaje Pitus, lider de clan, no se me permite logear, y no se me da ninguna respuesta del porque no puedo entrar. He mandado muchos mails al support pero solo me dicen que les diga algo antes de 72 horas, pero por muchos que les mando no se arregla el problema, pueden darme una respuesta o una solucion para arreglarlo? NCSoft has to check the Database Updating System. This must be the major reason for all these things.

-Create a new server
-Ask people to join voluntarily
-Keep some game masters online for several hours until the problem is fixed
-Keep restarting the server until you find the reason causing that problem.

Why don't you honestly tell us about the way you've obtained your gear and adena?
Did you craft your gear? Did you earn all your adena by hunting the monsters and picking it up? Or something else?
I bet all the "missing gear" must have something in common.
